Katherine Swift, a graduate of The University of Akron, holds bachelor degrees in both Vocal Performance as well as Music Education with a focus in Vocal and Keyboard studies. While in school, Katherine was heavily involved in the music program at Akron, participating in both Concert Choir and Chamber Choir, Opera/Lyric Theatre, Jazz Combos, a select Caroling Quartet, and she was selected to be the primary singer for the university's commencement ceremonies.


After graduation, Katherine began her teaching career at Clear Fork Local Schools in Bellville, OH as the district's Elementary General Music teacher for both Bellville and Butler Elementary schools. She left her position in 2020 to become a stay-at-home mother to her soon-to-be three children. While at home, she has continued to sing with her church, teach voice and piano lessons, as well as narrate audiobooks.

As of this year, Katherine has decided to devote her time an energy to raising her children and taking care of her family's home. She will continue to seek opportunities in the vocal arts in the future.
